Waters Consulting LLC has been in business since 1992 providing thorough technical assistance in all areas of automotive engineering and technologies.  Experience includes: determining cause of vehicle crashes and resulting injuries; analyzing crashes for purposes of determining whether a vehicle defect caused or contributed to the crash or to the severity of the crash; cases related to small claims, Lemon Law, personal injury, fraud, unsafe vehicle sales, dealership practices, automotive repair standards of care, product liability, failure analysis, and wrongful death.  Clients include law enforcement agencies, insurance carriers, law firms, manufacturers and individuals.  Most cases involve loss of life or disabling injuries.

Having spent over 30 years in the automotive repair industry, Mr. Waters possesses a keen insider view of what really goes on in the automotive repair business, both good and bad. He has performed hundreds of vehicle inspections and vehicle accident investigations. His experience has saved defendants millions of dollars, and he has been retained in many cases that resulted in multi-million dollar jury awards and settlements.
